Reports and Dinners

Right. So I've just finished dinner and it was just some really awesome Indian food with vegetables and red rice. It was really good. WELL OKAY. So I'm NOT actually here to talk about my dinner despite the fact that it was pretty darn good :P

I'm actually here to talk about reports! So the system that my school follows is MYP (which is the WORST grading system in the ENTIRE WORLD because you don't learn anything but how to bullsh**) Basically, all you do in MYP is reflect, reflect and REFLECT. Even in a subject like PE, where people would be traditionally graded on how good you are at athletics or baseball, we'tr graded according to how good your PE essays and reflections are. Messed up or what??!! Yeah, I'm sure the people who aren't good at PE are thrilled but the rest, like me, are not. Eurgh.

Yeah. Anyway, for those of you who don't know what the grading system is like, it's kind of like IB where all subjects are out of 7.

So this is the grade "calculator" for if you do IGCSEs or the American System
7 = A+/A*
6 = A
5 = B
4 = C
3 = D
2 = E
1 = F
0 = FFFFFFFFFFFFFFAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

And this is what I got last semester:
English: 6
Chinese: 5
Maths: 6
Science: 5
Drama: 6
Music Extended: 7
Computer Technology: 7
PE: 6
Geography: 6

And this is what I got THIS semester:

English: 6

Chinese: 5

Maths: 6

Science: 7

Music Core: 6

Music Extended: 7

Computer Technology: 7

PE: 6

Geography: 6

That's ALL As and A*/A+s. HELL YES. ;) 

And of course my only B is Chinese...pfft. HAHAHA. Oh wellllllll. 

So yeah...BE HAPPY because I GOT GOOD GRADES. LOL.
